Head Tennis Coach Shanghai

URGENT!

Title of Position: Head Tennis Coach
Location: Shanghai, China
Facilities: International School and Tennis center in Shanghai, China

Requirements:
International Certification as a tennis coach.
Bachelor degree or above.
Reasonable tennis-playing experience.
High level of energy and ability to motivate players and other coaches.
Excellent teaching and communication skills.
Ability to maintain good relations with students of the school, members of the
club and fellow coaches.
Speak English fluently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coaching students of different ages and abilities from beginner to advanced.
Follow the instructions of management team to operate daily work.
Filling and hand over all the required documents and report forms in a weekly
base.Promotion activities, including business promotion in
different events.

Working hours:
Coaches will work 100 hours a month on court in return for the guaranteed
salary. The coach will also prepare reports and lesson plans on all aspects of
the program as requested.
The monthly guaranteed salary this position is 18,000 RMB.

When the 100-hour on court minimum has been met, additional lessons will be compensated at a rate of 200 RMB per hour.
